7-day returns

Return most items within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to return

Start a return from your account or contact us and we will arrange a pickup.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, innerwear and beauty items cannot be returned unless faulty.
